100%, but they also have to try and generate hype from their side. Higher risk, higher reward.

Bobby Johnson would never. oddly enough, also the last coach to beat us

I didnt realize Clark Lea played for him. Columbia Native, but Clemson guy. Clark said this game matters to him because it mattered to Bobby

Gamecocks drop a tough one to Vandy. Defense just struggled to get stops on third down, offense couldn't move the ball after Sellers got hurt. We did get to see a few Gamecock posters that only show up in certain moments, so I guess that was good.

Long season ahead, all our goals are still ahead of us, but we HAVE to fix it asap. If this continues then Shula and Teasley have to be out the door quickly.

Tough night, it will be a rough week around here probably

I hate to say it, but I saw this one coming.

Just hope Sellers is ok.

I wouldn't call getting our arse handed to us a tough loss.

MIzzou fans talking a lot of crap. I guess they've earned it. They've won big, but haven't played anyone with a pulse.

Do we have any chance at all?

If I were a degenerate gambler, I'd probably be putting a lot of cash on Missouri -9.5 right now.

Missouri either blows us out by 3 scores or this is one of those games Beamer wins that he shouldn't. Either way we will be left scratching our head

Another loss, another disappointing night. Really no unit played well. Even the excuses for Sellers are starting to ring hollow. No reason that Shula and Teasley still have a job

It's extremely obvious that Sellers has been told not to lower his shoulder and try not to take hits. This takes away from who he is and makes him play timid. He makes a beeline to the sidelines as soon as a defender gets near.

It's either that or he is already thinking about the NFL. Not sure if the voices in his head telling him to not take contact are Shula or his agent. Either way, he is a shell of himself from last year. I am not even sure he is trying to fight through sacks in the backfield like he did last year. Thing is, GM's have to be watching that

I can tell you from people inside the program that Shula is pounding that in Sellers head. They are terrified that he might get hurt and we have no QB behind him that is SEC ready at this time.

Well if that is true that is just flat out dumb. Sellers without his superman ability to just average.

For the first game this season, Sellers looked like Sellers. Maybe Shula has taken the reigns off...

I was out camping this weekend. Kept up with gamecast only and crappy wifi. I may be the bad luck for this team...

Good win, offense still kind of sucks though.
