Game was much closer than score indicated. Good road win for Cocks, but project Vanderbilt will topple a top SEC team or two this season.

No ... but most fans still consider it east and west - it's just the way it is in the SEC, is it not?

Are we an SEC East team, or not? Oh, wait ... we're not during basketball season. That's your point?

Yes... Completely my point.

Although I do cling to that SEC East title we won in hoops in 2009.

Looks good next to that 2009 NIT participation banner.

That was a nice win. Too close for comfort but I sure like the way we battled back and never panicked. I wish Carrera would learn to stop with the bad fouls and PJ has got to quit turning the ball over in crucial possessions ... but the season is still young. I don't think we've played our best game yet.

Could someone tell me what was going-on during the long review after that little white kid shooter of theirs air-balled it over Sin? Were they trying to pin a foul on Sin? We couldn't tell what was going on from our seats, no one seemed to know, but it was a long long review and we never got an explanation.

I think they were reviewing if Sin touched the ball. Apparently it was close.

They were trying to see if Thornwell tipped the ball.

Shouldn't have taken nearly that long since they upheld the call

Ahhhhhhhh! Thanks men. We thought they were reviewing to see if Sin fouled him. They showed the replay several times but they never explained what they were looking for.

That review was too damn long. I was worried it was going to cause a change in momentum.

Okay, what about the foul on the big kid of theirs, Jones? Moving screen was it? Man the Vandy fans sitting across the isle from us to our right were livid. Looked like a moving screen on the one replay we caught overhead, but then it was gone.
