Hopefully the talent that he's bringing in will trump the poor coaching

The problem is if we don’t start winning those 4* recruits are going to go elsewhere.

We left 10 points on the field when it was still a game.
Missed field goal. Illegal receiver (TE) downfield negated a TD.
Score those 10 and we are in it until the end.

That goes both ways. Ole Miss had a big play that got called back, would have likely been 14-0 in the first quarter. They fumbled after converting a first down, and fumbled again which led to our first touchdown. They beat us fair and square, wasn't even close. That garbage time touchdown made the score look a little better but we simply got beat. Our offense scored 10 points on Ole Miss and the touchdown was against their backups.

We have an offensive line coach who has been coaching for a total of only five years (this is his fifth), being a graduate assistant at Clemson and getting his coaching start at SMU, much like Craddock, with the exception that Craddock also did some high school coaching .

Maybe he is supposed to be a good recruiter and coach. I don't know.

We also missed 2 wide open targets that would have probably scored.

Yeah wouldn't it be awesome if the powers that be brought BMFP back ? Think about it. Keep all the guys we have on defense. Bring back Tim Horton(for recruiting purposes). Hire one or two top notch recruiters like Musselman did. Bring in a really good offensive line coach. Hell maybe Pittman could be talked into coming back. Then let Bobby curse his way to a title. It could work.

Well our Offensive Coordinator was a GA 4 years ago.

It is what it is and not likely to change.
