I used to as well. Then I broke my fibula getting rolled up on while blocking downfield in high school and will always remember the difference now haha.

Ridiculous comparison. Guys like Meyers and Saban have the luxury of sending 3 and 4-stars flying down the field at 25mph when they land FIVE 5-stars every year. Luke & Company *perhaps* should be a little more judicious when making such decisions. MoMo ranked 3rd and 5th in the SEC on the WORST defense in SEC history...but let's have him cover punts. Good grief, man.

Let's stock our special teams with freshmen and walk-ons! Yay
It sucks to lose him to injury, but special teams are a very important part of the game currently. We need people out there that can make a tackle to prevent shitastic 40+ yd returns.

It's a tough call and tough balance. You can't sacrifice too much on special teams, but maybe not put your very best and unit leader out there. Easy to say now, of course. Either way, really, really sucks. We heard about depth at LB. I suppose we are about to find out.
