It was amazing to see a team shoot like that. This team kinda' reminds me of our final 4 team with their style of play, but they shoot better than we did. This was the best outside shooting that I have seen since the 3 rule was implemented. This is a team that can do some damage in March. I don't think that they can continue shooting at this pace, though. Time will tell

So, you're saying we're the Buckeyes football version of a basketball team?

Sorry, I'm a Bama fan trying to navigate through NCAA basketball and am having a challenging time with it

That was the most fun I’ve had watching a Bama basketball game in front of a TV in a long time. In addition to the crazy shooting accuracy, we had guys diving for loose balls with a 40 point lead. It was awesome.

The 3pt pace of last night? Of course not. But, 35-37%? Yes, they can. And that, along with defense, is enough to win most games.

I pretty much knew it was their night when Petty started off the game firing up 4 3's and made all 4 in the first 3 minutes.

Going 14 for 19 in 1 half from 3 is something most NBA teams you might never see from.

It's a great feeling when you see Petty drain one to open the game, ain't it? You know it's going to be a fun night.

Is Petty on the 8 year plan? For frick sake it seems like he’s been there forever.

UT, Auburn, LSU, and now Bama all flexing there muscle in basketball over the past several years. I’ll be interested to see if Kentucky goes a different route if Cal continues to have trouble meeting expectations next year. Definitely seems like a power shift is happening in SEC b-ball.

Watching that offense feels like watching the spread option/RPO stuff Malzahn was doing with Cam Newton where no one had any idea how to handle it.

Im sure defenses will catch up eventually, but its strange to see innovation happening on the basketball court in Tuscaloosa.

I don't know what Oates did or said when he forbid Petty and Rojas to enter the building, but he sure lit a fire under their arse.
