Would you recruit this player to be your starting QB?

Yes. But most SEC coaches would’ve been able to develop him to the college game. This qb (Mond) and his coaching staff has not.

Mond feasts on weak defenses and is awful when the safeties are brought closer to cover his short throws.

Sounds like Mondo will eat Florida's Swiss cheese defense then

Mond was also brought in to run the spread that Sumlin ran, not the pro style abomination that Fisher runs.

In a year with only a few SEC starting qbs coming back, Mond is still in the bottom half of of the league. With Vandy as the first game

Maybe, maybe not. It doesn't matter how well ATM'S offense does if their defense can't stop Florida's high powered offense.

Isn’t Kellen Mond going to go down as statistically one of the best A&N QBs ever?

I saw his career stats when they were playing Bama.

How do y’all not have one kid that can beat him out?

That was at IMG Academy against some monster teams. The kid y’all just brought in that’s your future played at Longview and his senior stats

Passing 123-for-213 for 1,926 yards and 20 TDs
Rushing: 55 times for 506 yards and 10 TDs

So I guess your answer to your original question OP- I don’t know. But Jimbo would for sure.

Now compare junior year stats.

King lost all but 3 of his fellow starters to graduation between 2018-2019.

High school stats can be very deceiving when it comes to big time college recruiting
