Everything is going by way of celluloid
and hi-tech.. Why not have electronic devices do most of the officiating. It would cut out prejudices and temptations to bribery. Plus, they'll likely call a much better game! They'll only call what they are programmed to check for.

I'm kidding of course, but..you get it!

No play would EVER count. There would always be holding, or pass interference, etc.

One game in, with 55 holding calls called between both teams, and those devices would be gone in a heartbeat.

I'm on the unpopular side of this argument, especially for baseball.

Let's go even further. Why not officiate electronically and play the games electronically and just get it over with?

We could all show up with pocket protectors and horn rimmed glasses.

We could probably draw crowds of at least 75 people.

Downside is Vandy would dominate the SEC.
