That's a bit different. ND returns almost all of their starters on that O-line, and they looked pretty bad. I'll give you that pass blocking chemistry can be developed over the season and may improve, but the unit I saw against UL was not ready.

yeah, but thta was their first game of the year. I mean, I hope we didn't look our best against Vandy. We looked fine, but not, hopefully at full performance. By the time they get to us they will have two games under their belts and should play well.

I mean, you could be right, but I would stop short at saying we are better at every matchup. It just seems extreme. Their Oline is good. Not great, but very solid and definitely good. Our DLine is good. Not great but very good. I'm not sure which is better honestly.

I did start going down the position groups in my head and think you are pretty spot on, though. I don't know what kind of WRs they have, or LBs, though.

Maybe I am reading a little too much into this, but if visiting team's are normally in the 600-606 section (towards the west end of 600s) and 301-306 (towards west also) I would say that's where the bulk of the most affordable tickets are right now. To me, that seems to be where most of the visiting fans are concentrated.

Irish fans unloading to Georgia folk I hope.

Been a while since we fired the buzz saw ala 2017 MSU, UT, UF, would love to make a statement early on the Irish.

This is one of those games where I hope we not only open up a commanding lead, but Kirby throws Southern Hospitality out the window and hangs 70 on these frauds. Our CFP campaign will be in full bloom once that game kicks off, and we need to start the run with a bang.

Agree, could be our most important game of the year perception wise.

That post is a joke either written by a middle school kid, or some geek in Athens thinking it'll get reposted in butts mehre for motivation.

More gold from rivals Notre dame board:

quote:

I have all the confidence in the World that we will beat Georgia ! Have you not seen all the talent we have on our roster? Georgia lost three games last year including a 36 to 16 pounding against a OK LSU team. Georgia is over Rated ! We lost to them before because we had Wimbush ! We got Book leading the team now ! Ian Book is Joe Montana 2.0 ! You guys don't give Book enough credit ! And he has a ton of weapons at his disposal ! And we have a MONSTER defense ! Notre Dame 30 to 24 over Georgia is my prediction ! And it won't be a lucky win !
