The OL in their third game should be much better than the one we saw against Duke. If we can't run the ball for 5 ypc or so then we know we won't be able to run on LSU or Auburn. I know we are a pass first team and rightly so but we have to be able to run when we want to. I think our running game will be strong today and we might see our true starting lineup for the rest of the year. Will be watching the big uglies intently today. Roll Tide.

We have to be able to run the ball when we need to. Red zone and short-yardage tells the story. Otherwise, let Muschamp pick his poison.

that isn't necessarily so. It's still early in the season.

That’s basically what our opponents have done thus far. Sell out to stop something and get roasted by the other. When we finally gave the team that’s balanced and it’s a hat on a hat that will tell us what we have. May not be until what LSU?

I think you will be able to tell a little more today actually . USC has some athletes. They will mix it up. We SHOULD be improved by week 3 regardless

I think they are still mixing and matching, till Brown gets back.

How we run the ball in week 3 has very little correlation to how we run in weeks 8-12. Especially when you consider how much shuffling has been going on. OL requires chemistry and that takes time.

0/10 take

Since it takes so long to gel.. shouldn't we have it figured out by week 3? If not.. will we gel by week 7 with more shifting

Agreed. Spring, summer, fall camp, 2 games in...... should have something g figured out by now . Brown does not make THAT much difference. Only can block his man . Others have to do their jobs as well
