Barry still can't field a competent defense.

I don't know that we suck but we definitely underachieve in a major fashion.

You know it's bad when JQ is admitting defeat

Look man. I’m with y’all. It’s hopeless. I give up.

Let’s all wallow in sorrow together

I say it with love in the heart JQ because it makes you a real fan...but the MO is to admit defeat tonight...recover tomorrow...and by Monday be back on the train.

JQ said that WE sucked! He didn't say that ODOM sucks!

We are going to have to play Cam Scott more and give freshman wr Maurice Massey more of a role and put Bannister in on 3rd down.

Look dude. I don’t like accepted defeat. To admit Odom is trash is admitting it’s 3 or 4 more years before we even have a chance at being good. It’s just not healthy. I can’t wallow in that much misery. I’m better off tuning out, but unfortunately I just can’t.

The bigger problem is that we are playing against an insanely stacked deck. The odds are overwhelming that we NEVER win anything of significance. Maybe it makes other folks feel better to believe that the “right coach” will change that but I just don’t see it.

Losing to Wyoming is just unacceptable though. The season is over after week 1. You don’t recover from that.

You are slowly turning into a hardened Mizzou fan. A few more kick in the nuts like this game should do it.

My man I’ve had more kicks in the nuts than any one man should be expected to bare.

Again though, to just have no hope isn’t something I can do and firing the coach just isn’t something that gives me hope. I’d probably be better off if it did, but the weight of reality is just too heavy.

I legitimately don’t see how Odom recovers from something like this and he probably will be fired at some point, and justifiably, but the problem then becomes...then what? We roll the dice again, hire a coach to try and push a rock 3 times his weight up hill. He sucks too, and rinse and repeat.

My next move is to try and take solace is the perpetual misery. Wear it as a badge of honor. I’m not sure what else there is?

BO will recover enough to win more than 6 games and do just well enough to keep his job. He ain't getting fired unless there are 6 more games like this one.

Not the point of keeping someone when you have top recruits looking elsewhere after that lost to Wyoming game.

Technically, the season isn’t over. The 2014 team laid an egg to Indiana, and still recovered to win the division. But there was zero chance winning anything more after that loss. But at least Pinkel had proven he could still win 10-11 games a season. Odom at his best is a 7-5 coach.

I tried something different this preseason.. I stayed off the sports MB and honestly hoped, this would be the year that BO shut my mouth and proved me wrong.

Losing to Wyoming is inexcusable.

BO was in over his head when he was hired. He's still in over his head.. He looks clueless on the sidelines and even more clueless in post game interviews.

Walters still having a job after last year was questionable at best..... He should be shown the door ASAP. The defense is a shite show.

Where do we go from here? I have no clue.
