SEC Players in the PFF 2020 Big Board Top 50
1. QB Tua Tagovailoa – Alabama
2. WR Jerry Jeudy – Alabama
6. CB Kristian Fulton – LSU
8. S Grant Delpit - LSU
17. TE Jared Pinkney – Vanderbilt
18. DL Derrick Brown – Auburn
21. OT Andrew Thomas – Georgia
22. CB CJ Henderson – Florida
26. WR Henry Ruggs – Alabama
27. DL Javon Kinlaw – South Carolina
31. DT Prince Tega Wanogho – Auburn
38. RB D’Andre Swift – Georgia
39. QB Jake Fromm – Georgia
40. LB Dylan Moses – Alabama
42. DL Raekwon Davis – Alabama
47. CB Shyheim Carter – Alabama

A few snippets for a couple of guys

QB Tua Tagovailoa
quote:

He completed his absurd regular season with a 91.1 passing grade and only six turnover-worthy plays before he showed some vulnerabilities down the stretch. The worry is that his situation is one of the most favorable in college football history. From an imposing offensive line to a group of weapons that featured multiple future first-rounders, Tua didn't have to deal with much adversity. He still led that behemoth to heights never-before-seen in college football though…

QB Jake Fromm
quote:

Fromm passed on only 37.5% of Georgia's offensive snaps that season (2017). That number jumped to 48.5% this past season, but it's still one of our biggest concerns with his game. He's never been asked to go out and win games for the Bulldogs. When he does have to run a dropback passing offense, the results were far less exciting. He earned a 76.8 grade on non-play action passes vs a 90.7 on play action last season.

CB Kristian Fulton
quote:

Fulton allowed all of 17 catches all season long on 41 targets and earned himself a higher coverage grade than much-heralded teammate Greedy Williams. He may not blaze a lightning 40 or look the most physically imposing on the football field, but there's not a better returning cornerback in college football at mirroring receivers down the field.

DL Derrick Brown
quote:

There are certain plays that a defensive lineman can make that make you 99.9% certain that player will be playing on Sundays. Walking an offensive lineman backward on inside zone, shedding, and making a tackle for loss is one of them. It's also a play that Derrick Brown made almost weekly as he finished with the fifth-highest run-stop percentage in the FBS.

TE Jared Pinkney
quote:

…his polish as a route runner and confidence attacking the football are like two different players all together from 2017 to 2018. In his entire college career before last season, the Vanderbilt tight end had 44 catches for 553 yards and five touchdowns. Last season, he bested all those figures en route to becoming one of the best tight ends in college football. At this point, the redshirt senior has little left to prove as he likely would have been a first-rounder had he declared last spring.

ETA
Interesting NFL player comps

Tua Tagovailoa - Dak Prescott
Jake Fromm - Chase Daniel
D'Andre Swift - Pierre Thomas
Jerry Jeudy - Odell Beckham

Probably George's character. He seems like a Sims guy.

?

I’m not even talking about skill or anything. I don’t know whether or not Jeudy will be better than OBJ. I just don’t feel like they play anything alike.

I think it's 50/50 that Thomas, Justin Herbert, and even Jeudy go before TUA - especially if AZ, NY, and/or Washington lead the draft

For real? I thought that was just Mason gassing him up at Media Days. Damn.
