Some of the most impressive moments come from the usually-calm coaches.

Few years back LSU was playing Ole Miss and things got a little chippy. At one point there was a clear cheap shot that left an LSU player down, and no call. Les Miles came raging out onto the field after the ref, and he was damn animated. And that was one of the few times I actually thought "oh shite, goofy-arse Les used to be an O lineman, he looks a little scary right now".
Les was crazy-eyed and spit flying, and waving his arms (almost the golf clap, but a lot more forcefully and not quite clapping his hands together), and probably had 40 lbs on the ref. And you could see the "oh frick" look on the ref's face , cuz Les don't do that.

Stoops - Seems like a hothead, but not sure.

Stoops kicked in the refs locker room door and turned over their Gatorade due to them ignoring GT's chop blocking.
He's up there probably

Mullen wouldn’t say shite unless Hevesy was near him. Hevesy was his personal bodyguard.

He's got Grantham now, who has a weird history of getting into it with Vandy coaches. Not that Grantham is his bodyguard, but it's like the Key and Peele "Anger Translator" where Todd just runs his stupid mouth for Mullen.

Muschamp, without a doubt. When Kirby got angry, it was usually yelling at Jim Chaney in the headset to run the fricking ball.
