Another dominant pitching performance led No. 18 Tennessee to its fifth straight win as the Volunteers shut out Gardner-Webb 5-0 on Tuesday night at Lindsey Nelson Stadium.
The shutout was the ninth of the season for UT, which is two more than any other team in the country this season.

If Tennessee can win a few more series, we may be discussing whether or not Knoxville should host a regional. Never thought I’d say that

shite a few more series? They are riding shotgun on their way to a host. If they take at least 1 from arkansas this weekend i will buy in to the hype. Not a lot of hitters but a great pitching staff lead by upperclasmen

Need to get that conference record up tho. If they're not winning series, they're losing games, and that record can hurt.

They are quietly building a helluva resume. They certainly pitch and play D
