about another Nevada team:
That UNLV team with LJ, Hunt, Augmon, and company was the best college team in history. That was the golden era of College Basketball. UNLV, Hogs, Loyola Marymount, Fab Five. This was way back before the vols or South Carolina had ever even been to a Final Four. .......Memories

fun fact - South Carolina is 5-1 all-time vs UNLV basketball - and yes we played in the 80s.

It was interesting listening to the podcast that Bo did. Muss said growing up on the west coast he rooted for three college teams and one of them was Arkansas. The others were UNLV and I believe UCLA. Pretty cool hearing him say that.
