You act as if they are skipping leg day. ACL injuries happen everywhere. Firing a SC coach isn't going to change that.

They think he gets at least two more years no matter what. They think we are probably going 6-6 at least maybe better. I am telling you they are so delusional it kinda scares me.

Simply doing squats is not what I'm talking about. There are targeted exercises for strength that prevent ACL injuries. The number of catastrophic joint injuries we have had over the past several years has been devastating. Eventually, you can't just chalk it up to luck of the draw.

They better be prepared to be majorly disappointed. 2-10 is probably our top end, and Luke will be gone after that.

Neal said hes heard from reliable source we are looking to pay our DC as much as 2 million at least 1.5 three year deal all money guaranteed. If we do that for both our coordinators we are going to paying them a lot to leave.

They are too dumb to understand the cost of doing business. We have to shell out big $$$ to bring in anyone worth their salt, and I'm sure it is expected that we will have to pay big money if we fire Luke. It is probably accepted as a sunk cost.
We're throwing good money after bad, but at some point it will stop. I expect that will be next year.
