Competent officiating isn't my concern. I would argue the refs last year were perfectly competent.
Incompetent would mean it was unintentional.

Hey baw, just be thankful this game is in the Dome today.
I live roughly 150 miles from Atlanta and the rain headed that way is going to be brutal in about 3 hours.
