Since the polls have a love fest for OSU what are the chances of them jumping us? Havent looked all impressive minus having a 12 point lead

Doesn't matter. If we do our thing the rankings will take care of themselves.

The only poll that matters is the one that comes out after the SEC CG....unless of course we ain’t in that game or get a second loss in that game. All we gotta do is win the SEC with one loss or less. A huge order but that’s our road to the playoffs.

The AP is wet just thinking about Meyer coming back after this week.

So is ESPN and especially Herbstreit.

It doesn’t matter though. The SEC champ is in regardless so we need to just focus on that.

I will say this, the Big10 is the conference of frick ups and OSU will lose at least one game this year, maybe 2, because that conference loves finding ways to lose.

I’m actually hoping it’s PedU that gets in so we can whip Franklins arse into submission.

Asked after the games, Herbstreit actually moved us up to 2 and had OSU at 4.

We don’t need to worry about polls. All we have to do is win the East.

TCU choked that game away, gave OSU 14 points.

Best thing that could happen. Not concerned one bit with polls and neither should the team.

I watched the OSU/TCU game last night, well into the third Q anyway. Maybe it is me but I was not terribly impressed with Ohio St. I had not seen them play this year but I was under the impression they were beyond beatable by mere mortals.

A tacky-arse holding call took seven points of the board for TCU. Two deep turnovers produced 14 points for Ohio St. That is a 21 point swing. I think TCU is very beatable by a good team. They, TCU, hustle and play very fast but they don't stack up with the talent of Georgia, Alabama, LSU or Auburn, to name a few.

The only thing for observers of Ohio St is to see if they blow a game on the way to the CFPs. See last years game against Iowa, for example.

It's possible. They played a more impressive opponent yesterday and did well against them. I'm not worried about the rankings until after our Auburn game, though.
We win and things take care of themselves.
