Last year it was Devonta Smith, Amite, one hero of NC game...now this year his cousin, Eddie Smith from Slidell, is going to Tuscaloosa. To quote a famous politician, “that giant sucking sound” across the borders is keeping the Alabama pipeline full. What is peculiar is he didn’t even get an inquiry, much less offer from home state U?

Amite needs to just be annexed by Alabama.

Buddy of mine lives right on the line. Several year ago there was a train derailment and spill, pretty far out in the country but some folks did get evacuated for the night.
A few weeks later this law firm comes knocking on doors and getting signatures for a class action suit against the railroad and some chemical company. They ended up with 2x the number of residents of the entire parish
