Article in today’s Houston Chronicle about another lawsuit by long time donors against the beloved 12th Man Foundation. It’s over several board members who “engaged in half truths and disinformation, constructed and/or engaged in sham appeals processses.....and even resorted to overtly threatening behavior, all in pursuit of more money”.
There’s more—I suggest you look it up to see the other side of Aggie being so proud of all their money. It’s not a good look!

Sorry, I read it in the actual paper. Haven’t bothered to go on line to find it. It’s worth your trouble. ( I’ve already read it).

The problem with the whole unlimited budget “ Buy a Championship “ approach is that it has never ever worked . Saban doesn’t run shite because he gets paid, he gets paid because he runs shite . Same with all the other great coaches . Jimbo will find it infinitely harder to win in the SEC than the ACC . And if he doesn’t win a title and break that historic Aggie drought people are going to turn on him BECAUSE OF the money. The money and the constant bragging about the money makes that whole program a target.
Furthermore, it reeks of the UT mentality , which makes it seem like Aggie is suffering from Stockholm Syndrome from all those Longhorn beatdowns. And it’s not the SEC ethic which has always been very much about Institutional equality- where Vandy has a seat next to Bama and Florida.
