Looks like they have them in there for automatic bid by winning the SWAC. Maybe it was a mistake and they meant to put Jackson St.

Jackson St is 29-11 (15-3)
Alabama St is 18-19 (13-5)

ETA; Has to be mistake. Jackson St just swept Alabama St in convincing fashion on the road.
