If a customer comes in and says I want a, b, and c can you make it work or not? Why is it a long drawn out bullshite process? I don't need a manager like yourself to come over and shake my hand acting like you're "going to take care of me". Give me a yes or no and let's move on. Absolutely cannot stand the car business model.

They're troubled, in a dark place, and at the all time low in their life. All he cares about is winning and those kids need a role mode to look up to.
