We need to improve our secondary recruiting and we need an OC that has a better feel

For calling a game. Until then I refuse to get up for games like this. Briles is an avg oc and our secondary is below avg.

Unpopular opinion, but KJ is an average QB.

He has no touch, poor accuracy on horizontal throws, and makes a lot of mental mistakes.

At this point he’s a fullback who takes snaps.

I was told this was KJs last year in another thread. He's nowhere near NFL ready

Maybe once this game is over we’ll start looking at the guys who will play next year.

We need to fire a bunch of folks. Namely our secondary coach who can’t get his guys to even play the ball correctly.

Second, Barry needs to get off his arse and do something other than sit in the booth and eat cheese fries. Defense recruiting better improve pronto.

Last week I was meh, showing up and looking Ill prepared and uninspired I’m pissed off today.

I’m done with them.

And Bryce Young being out, it won’t make the outcome any different. They are going to rape us on the ground now.

WR #13 needs to sit down. The first drop was not a great pass, but should have been caught. That last one could not have been thrown better.

Until he learns a mid range touch pass, he is.

I would think we absolutely lose Hornsby if KJ comes back.

This offense isn’t developing any qb’s pocket passing abilities.

That’s not Briles offense.

His offense is a QB who can get you 5 if needed, lots of swing passes, middle of the field passes, and shots.

Or reading the defense, going through their progressions, or even throwing the ball away when time is short, instead of running.

I think the intelligent defensive coordinators have learned to show one thing and do another against teams like us, where we look to the sideline and rely on the OC to read the D and tweak the play.

I think it absolutely hurts QB’s in that they don’t learn to read and react.
