Pasteurized milk is bad for your health. The calcium in it is crystalized, can't be metabolized and ends up as calcium deposits in joints and blood vessels. It also causes mucous that lines intestinal walls and hampers nutrient absorption, as well as respiratory system mucous. But, whey protein (extracted from milk) is very good for your health, especially when fish oil is consumed with it.

Is this a cryptic post about a new injury? Or just a weird post?

If you bottle feed it to a calf it'll vomit. They can't digest it.

Large majority (in some studies up to 80%) of African Americans are lactose intolerant. Even more so with Asians. On the other hand only about 15% of Caucasians are. LINK /

Read the link, I'm not trying to say anything. Responding to why, if it is the case they might not want WR to drink milk. I DO NOT know that it is true that Bama's receivers are not allowed to drink milk. I know there is a lawsuit against the USDA about serving milk in lunchrooms and asking for a milk alternative (like soy based)

There was an article a year or so ago about Alabama using Fairlife chocolate milk in the recovery drinks they give the players. They love it and it good for hydrating and its lactose free.

Sounds like a great alternative. I'm sure if they tried to serve chocolate milk in the school lunchrooms they would throw a hissy fit about that.

makes sense. unbalancing peoples hormones even more than they already are with even more soy estrogen evils is exactly what theyd want. the fact they even pretend soy has 'milk' is an even bigger insult than pasteurizing actual milk.

Appears that this study has been updated and the numbers are a lot lower.

Sounds more realistic. I had never heard it before I saw about a lawsuit about school lunchrooms. Statistics on (surveys) can prove what you want them too if you ask the right questions to the right people
