Is A&M hurting the SEC by hogging the best talent and wasting it?

I’m still going to hold judgement completely until this class has 3 years under its belt, but I can’t help but think they are taking talent from schools capable of winning a title.

So it's only "hogging talent" when A&M does it. When Georgia or Clemson started recruiting top classes, it wasn't "hogging talent."
No reason A&M isn't just as capable of winning a natty as anyone else with the right pieces in place. Consistent QB play and an elite receiver is all that was missing last year. We simply couldn't put up points with the exception of the Bama game.
You're just mad A&M took several very nice chess pieces off the board this year that you wanted.

Yea but Jimbo’s offensive scheme is ancient and he hired a bad DC

Counter argument: they’re doing us all a favor by filtering out the guys who are only in it for the NIL money so the dudes who are focused on developing can transfer to better programs

He went 9-1 with his "ancient" scheme in 2020. Let's see what he does with a good QB. Mond wasn't great. There has to be at least one decent one in the locker room at the moment.
They weren't blown out last year in any of the losses last year. They just couldn't get anything going on offense and Calzada was a complete head case. The defense was plenty good enough to make a playoff run.

He turned polished that turd that was the Ole Miss defense last year. He will have twice the depth and talent next year at Texas A&M.

Wasn’t t your star running back this year a 7th year senior. He was finally able to get on the field after all the other talent finally cleared out.

Alabama's recruiting didn't suffer.
