I want Leach to stay in the SEC, regardless of where he's at. I'd really like to see him at a place where he could get good talent, but then again, I don't want him punching us in the johnson rod when we play him. He could get great talent at OU.
I think he will do damage to the SEC at State, but they will always have limitations on recruiting.

After Dak, he bequeathed the nation’s best defense and the future all-time SEC leading rusher at the QB position to a guy who had no clue how to use it all and stumbled to an 8-5 finish. Maybe all the momentum is gone and impossible to recreate. Anyway, I don’t think Leach is going anywhere, so this is all academic.
