Absolutely unbelievable performance from the young man.
But also shout out to all our players tonight. Huge plays from everyone. Love you boys. Finally four bound

We’re lethal when Flanigan returns

He said after the game that he was doing whatever he needed to in order to win.
That’s unbelievable for some reason. He’s such a menace.

KD has a psycho look in his eyes when he’s playing, he can be reckless sometimes but he was special today.

Way too early for that kind of talk

I had given up. Our guys showed some huge stones. It was a tough loss, but it showed we have a bunch that can make a lot of noise this year.

He was a warrior out there today

We are learning that we’ve got multiple guys capable of taking over a game. KD, Jabari, and Wendell all have had games so far that they were just on. Once Flanigan comes back that’s another.
I was not optimistic about the UCONN game because they’re so big, physical, and the fact that they don’t have a single transfer. But man am I encouraged after that. When they got hot from 3 I didn’t think there was anyway we would find the offense to catch up, or the defense to stop them since it was a bunch of 6’6 guys shooting over 6’0 guards.
Still a ways to go for the team but if they can stay healthy and they continue to find a rhythm then we will have a team that you don’t want to draw in the tourney.

KD got foul on his last drive and should have been on the line for a and one. The UConn player on the drive before was out of control and leaning in to the defender and didnot get foul and they put him on the line. It happens this team has balls. love the never die attitude

He was that today. He reminded of Juggernaut… get the ball, lower the head, and go full speed ahead.
He was on the bench down the stretch. He did have 4 early steals though. If he could direct that energy in a controlled manner he would be a consistent beast.

In on this. KD isn't short on effort.

But are we going to call him "The Hamburglar" like that one shite announcer said last night?

Absolutely not

But bro, hear me out....
Through 6 games, KD already has 20 steals
Our team leaders through all of last season were Flannigan and Cambridge with 24
If KD isn't The Hamburglar, then who is???

I should be clear that I’m not disrespecting KD’s ability to steal. I’m disrespecting the nickname
