I’m just in a cookie cutter neighborhood and I’m over it. I guess that would be another reason for deep. I love the community but damn I’m ready to have some privacy. I’m not about to pay the HOA fees of Ford Plantation either so I’m looking elsewhere.

Lot of land in the north side of the county - guyton/clyo area. As I said, one of the top school systems in the state.
