I would go after Herman...he's a good coach. Just because Texas wasn't smart enough to keep him doesn't mean LSU has to be dumb as well! The man had 4 winning seasons and 4 bowl victories.....And look what you have now-4 wins-a loss to the doormat of the conference Kansas-and probably no bowl this year...

Auburn did it and had to hire a Arkansas State’s coach with 1 year of college HC experience.
The last time LSU fired a NC winning coach, they had to settle for their D-line coach.
The notion that LSU is going to hit a home run is laughable. They’re either going to have to settle for a coach waaaaaay down their list or give someone a lopsided contract to come coach there.
