I just don't have any faith that Pingeton can elevate the program any further. I actually got somewhat into following them when they had the Porter sisters, Cunningham sisters, and a few other really solid players, but even in those "golden years" they couldn't accomplish anything of note. No conference hardware or any postseason success.
Pingeton seems really likeable but I fear her program has gone stale. Hopefully Izzy can change that, but this is the Show Me State after all...

Yeah she seems to do just enough to keep her job. It seems she can go get talent. Hopefully she can learn to do more with it

Hayley Frank dropped 11 points with six rebounds for Mizzou. She has been in double figures in all three games this season.

Her statline is crazy right now.
58% fg and 63% behind the arc 100% at the freethrow line

58% fg and 63% behind the arc 100% at the freethrow line

Thanks for this thread.
(As Mizzou fans, we should be a bit embarrassed another team's fan made it.)
Maybe we should do this for all of the sports besides FB and mBB.

Is there ever a chance of them winning a championship? I feel like they’re perpetually #4 but can never take that next step to national champions.

Gonna be damned tough. Iowa, Ohio State, Penn State will be hard to ever surpass. Others are nipping heels in the top rankings (Okie State, Iowa State, etc.) which are very tough. For Mizzou to be #4 is really saying something...going to be hard to improve upon that, though.

Just read the Air Force recap. They listed Mizzou as #3.
