The fact is Nebraska killed their recruiting grounds they had spent years developing when they left the Big 12. They no longer have the Texas pipeline. Now they have to compete in the Big 10 footprint against well established schools that are having more success than them. A great coach and recruiter can change that but it will be an uphill battle.

Frost is a decent recruiter but Nebraska doesn't have the draw they once had. He still has had a terrible record considering only OSU, Michigan and Penn State out recruit them usually in the Big 10.
