"There's things about being coach at Nebraska that I haven't been able to enjoy because of all the time I've been spending trying to fix problems and dig ourselves out of a hole and get the team better," he said.
WTF?!?!?! What kind of explanation is that? Go ahead and get the $7.5 million buyout check ready for next year.

You got anymore context here? What was he asked, what’s the full conversation? And while it may be something you don’t want to say, is he wrong?

It's year 4 Scott. it's your program now.

Frost trying to dig himself out of a hole by telling Joe Burrow to blow off, do not want him. Frost is the dumbass that dug his own hole.

Scott Frost is the high school jock who got older but is still mentally 17 years old.

I hate to say it but I can understand the Nebraska AD's reasoning in not canning Frost this year. You can't turn around without bumping into a big time program that has either fired their coach or is likely too. With a fairly small pool of candidates would you want to compete with USC and LSU for a top notch coach?

I think he means there's things about being coach at Nebraska in the 90's that he can't enjoy because it's 2021.

Nebraska's glory days were a quarter century ago. Today's recruits don't know anything about Devaney and Osborne.
When they went to the big ten they sealed their fate. Playing in a region without a lot of HS talent.
If they got rid of Frost, who would they hire? How many coaches have they been through since Dr Tom stepped down?
Frost is at least the fifth.

Nebraska's record sucks this year, but they are playing tough in all their games.
I don't think they are as far off as their record suggests. I would give him another year if I were Nebraska.

I guess OP was just assuming we hear the question asked to Frost…Like we were with OP when he was watching the presser

I didn't realize that Trev Alberts (Neb linebacker that use to be on ESPN with Mark May etc) is their AD now. Dude was a complete douche when he was on ESPN. They will never get better.
