I dont like Kirby either but if we didn't want them to score..we should've played better defense.

Stop them with real back ups and they have their first string playing ? Look at the damn video and get back with me....guys like Desmond Watson, all 385 lbs of him #21, Mordecia Mc Daniels # 32 to name a few.
When transfer Truesdell was in the game he provided a brick wall force at DL...then vanished...injured? I was surprised at how bulked up he was...the weight room was good for him. I remeber when he was a late arrival on campus and he wasnt nearly as bulked up.
I am not trying to sugar coat it...we had our asses handed to us, It is hard to watch a game that is 0-3 with 2:31 left til half time and the bottom falls out. This loss is on the offense...not the defense. The defense played their hearts out,
This loss is on Mullen being stubborn about playing AR15 when gane reps would have helped him handle Jax better,

I agree it's not the most sportsmanlike thing to do and I hope karma catches up with them at some point.

Not a big deal imo. I would probably fall on the side of side of being conservative, but maybe they wanted their RB to get over 100 yards or something. Good reps for the backups if you ask me. I don't wish injury on anyone because the coach kept them in the game, that is silly.

Meh. Idc - it was a personal game to them. We called timeouts up 40 in 08 lol. Something I will always cherish. There’s no love lost in this rivalry. We hate them and they hate us.

I feel like we are missing some of that "fire" though. I want someone who takes these rivalries as serious as the fans do and literally try to break their will every year. Not just beat them "respectfully"
Tebow can say whatever he wants to about Mullen crying in 06-08 when they came over the bridge in Jax but I haven't seen that kind of passion on the sideline since taking over.
