Myself, I like the mustard sauce if mixed with a little sweet.
Best BBQ place I've ever had in the deep south was Pompous Pig (Anderson, SC) about 10 years ago. I'm afraid to try it again though, I might get a bad plate... don't want to ruin that memory.

Are we playing South Carolina this week? I was thinking we had a bye week coming up, but USCe makes sense too I guess.
