Glad to see you are so concerned about equity. In that light, why not a Native American? Maybe an Hindu Indian? Then there's the Chinese? What about our newest minorities? Nothing says Diversity U better than an Afghan Rebel. Oops. Scratch that "Rebel". Don't want to trigger anyone. Afghan Community Organizer?
Maybe Honduran 'undocumented immigrant'. Can't get more minor that that minority.

None of those in and of themselves are gay enough to trump the selection of a black head coach. A gay Honduran undocumented immigrant? Then we might be on to something.
