UT is on a two game win streak. That's a rare occurrence so let their fans have fun for a few days before you bring 'em back to earth.

Our defense can’t stop anyone. We had A LOT of guys playing 70 and 80 defensive snaps against Arkansas. That combined with such an emotionally draining win last Saturday has me pretty worried. If I was a gambler I would money line the Vols for sure.

I think we will struggle at every road game this year. We are a better team than TN but we have not, due do being previously shitty, without defense and covid, played in any meaningful games in front of a Neyland type crowd in years.

UT fans are awake because they know they are going to beat us Saturday night…our run defense couldn’t stop Christopher Reeves and our pass D couldn’t cover a queen sized bed with a king sized sheet…Tennessee by 14.

Ole Miss is a pretty good team this year. But don’t forget UT’s QB has the highest QBR in the SEC and #5 in FBS. Also don’t forget UT will be the 2nd best defense you have played this year. UT defense is #1 in the SEC in tackles for lose, #1 among Power 5 schools and #2 nationally. Not saying UT will win or lose but I can assure you it won’t be a blow out like you think.

We have moved on it at least most of us have. Hueple is 2-0 against Lane and have outsourced Lanes teams 104-50.

Give all credit to Heupel. He’s formed a team that is better than it has any right to be, gotten our run offense to 7th nationally and 19th offense overall. Gotten a defense we expected to be on par with Mizzou to a respectable 45 overall rating. He has t.urned a senior transfer QB into the conference leader in QBR and top 5 nationally.
He’s done all this with a roster that has about the same number of players on scholarships as a FCS ream. He’s taken a team whose ceiling should have been 5 games and made 6 the floor with far more possible. This was a team that has 3 wins and could only score 28 puts all game regardless of opponent.
He’s scored more points in the first 7 mins of games than we could score all game under Pruitt.
We are playing like a top 25 team and we have a chance to knock off a top 15 team this weekend. Kiffin is honestly a complete after thought. It would awesome if Heupel became the man by beating the man who started the hell this program has been living in. It’s not necessary but oh my my would it taste so good.
We are excited because we finally see a team that is over performing given the circumstances and we want help them along by creating a hostile environment. I think it will be a great game that either team can win and we haven’t had an opportunity like this in ages.
And as everyone knows offense is just fun to watch.
