Why don't we run more on the goal line?

Aside from the bad play call on the 2 point conversion attempt, I’m not sure I understand shitting on Briles when we just scored 51 points and put up 670 total yards.

The defense is what failed us in this one with all of the busted coverages and long plays.

Because after last year the cool thing is brag on Odom and rag on briles. It’s some weird thing about the portion n of our fan base who already made their decision

I thought Briles called a great game but I’ll never understand why we didn’t just run it down there throat there with Rocket. Zero chance they bring him down before he scored.

Exactly. Never said Briles was a shitty OC. Said he gets too cute on the goal line sometimes. Today, case in point, Rocket hasn't been tackled less than 5 yds all day. Just run him.

Also, anyone who didn't think Ole Miss was going to torch the same defensive scheme that they practice against everyday was just lying to themselves. Corral and had this game circled for a year.
