Its been referred to as a "sleeping giant" by the media also.

You mentioned how 30 or 40 other programs could also be a sleeping giant but you're missing something. A&M is in a hot bed, with endless funding, and is a top 20 program all time. There aren't many programs that fit that criteria that have yet to win a national title since 1939.

A&M is well over due

Yeah because the media never lies.

That’s the narrative but the evidence doesn’t support it. Not just the mediocre results….

Of all the money generated by all FBS programs combined what % is A&M? 1%? You think that’s enough to bully everyone else?

As for Texas talent… it’s a myth. Texas has good players but not better, or even a step below other areas.PLENTY of evidence to support that.

I didn’t say 30 or 40 other programs are all “sleeping giants”… I mean 30 or 40 other programs have the setup to win it all if they make the right decisions (that only time tells if they are) and the stars lineup. Didn’t say it’s easy. A&M is amongst them but it’s not a sleeping giant, nor better set up than an NC State or an Oklahoma State for instance.

If you think A&M is a Sleeping giantt better check for vital signs because that giant may be dead not sleeping.

It makes Aggie look even worse when you put it that way.

More Aggy has been underachieving for a really long time.
