Hard to answer in a vacuum. With USC's history and recruiting potential, you could build a dynasty having to compete with Oregon and lesser competition than the SEC. LSU has also shown it can win national titles with its strong recruiting base and program history, but you would have to compete with Saban and the best conference in the country.

Lot tougher to win at LSU......That said, LSU is dedicated to trying to win, USC not so much.
