First, a mascot isn’t always the team name and in fact I think their mascot is now the landshark. Besides that , though i have seen Ole Miss Rebels, Ole Miss Landsharks , snd Ole Miss Black Bears, i have never see Ole Miss Ackbars

When Ole Miss wanted to change their mascot they held a vote and Admiral Ackbar won, the school then reneged. Adult Swim had a feature on it.
