Maybe, but LSU has issues that might make him, not the best choice. I understand LSU is a top job. It is near the top on every list I have ever seen. Only SEC school in a talent rich state. I do think Kiffin would be interested, but I suspect LSU's next hire will be a man known for high character. Kiffin is a great coach, but is not exactly known for high character.

If I was Freshwater, I'd avoid LSU.

And I don't know if Napier would want to go to LSU from ULL. He's a good coach, but seeing the hot name G5 HCs crash and burn at a big time P5 gigs makes me think his next step is to a lower tier P5 team and not a place like LSU.
