There is not a chance Kirby wins this game. Dawgs are too conservative on offense to hang with an elite team. They will out talent the rest of their schedule but no chance Saturday night. I’m taking Clemson -3 BIGLY

If UGA can get back, or replace with the same talent, the missing players, I am not so sure. It would be a close game, and UGA does have the horses.

It's time for UGA to put up or shut up. They better not blow this one.

As long as Georgia knows if they do lose, we will all destroy them via trolling on this board.

It's certainly possible that Georgia could lose this game but it won't be big. In fact if they can prevent too many home run plays don't be surprised if it's Georgia that pulls away late. Anyone familiar with the series history knows what I mean

Will that be any different than what Auburn fans typically do? 1980!

Don't matter , I'm still pulling for them .

Bet your single wide and rusty pick up truck on it then, maybe some of that meth money you make....

The top 5 composite rosters according to 247 are:
1. Bama
2. UGA
3. Ohio St
4. Clemson
5. LSU
Bama and UGA have separated from the next tier. Ohio St and Clemson are close and LSU leads with a slight separation from 5-10.
247
With UGA it comes down to coaching. They are on par with Bama recruiting wise the last few years. I think UGA catches Clemson in a transition year with a new QB. I expect a close win by the dawgs in this one.

It would be very UGA like for them to beat Clemson and lose to USCw & Kentucky

I'm taking UGA in this one.

Maybe. It might be easier if we were not missing 3-4 5* players, though.

JTD will be without his rock star 5* receiver that was his number one target last year- Pickens.
JTD will be without his rock star 4* receiver that was his #2 target last year- Jackson (but he should be back this season at some point).
JTD will be without his rock star 5* #1 TE- Washington (but he should be back this season at some point).
Sure all teams deal with injuries, but with UGA right now, they are all concentrated in one very critical unit- pass catchers.
I was all about blowing out Clemson a few weeks ago, then the WR/TE injuries started mounting. I don't feel near as good about this game now.

No doubt, but that's how it goes, play who you got. That's where the recruiting wins from the last few years should help out, with depth. Next man up!

No way the lose big. I actually think GA will win this game with the more experienced QB

Is Burton healthy? UGA has depth to spare compared to most teams.
Up until this week we've been without Stingley and Ricks our 2 5 star CB's and without our RB1 and RB2 Davis-Price and Emery. Our projected #2 WR Moore is out and our rising star FR WR Nabers just got hurt. Our starting LT got dismissed as well. Not to mention the team got displaced due to a hurricane. We are also breaking in a new OC, DC, PGC, OL coach, DL coach and LB coach.

Reportedly, thankfully, yes. So we are stepping onto the field vs a top5 team to open the season on the road with 1, exactly 1 proven wide receiver.
Regarding the second sentence, if we were playing anyone else outside a top5 top10 team, I wouldn't be making the same excuses. But when you are going up against another elite team, you can't count on your inexperienced backups to "out-talent" them, the way I would if it were Auburn or Tennessee.
