Bowling Green has been down lately. They use to be a very solid MAC program. What most are you looking forward to tonight? Will Neyland be a packed house?

They have a brand new coach. It’s a new era. They’re coming off the bullshite Covid year snd finally get a home game. We hear all the time how Tennessee has one of the best atmosphere and most loyal fans.
Of course they’ll pack the house right? Even if they don’t pack it they’ll have to have 90k ready to roll tonight huh?

LSU would have 40k in the stands under the same circumstances, buddy.

No it’s a Thursday night against Bowling Green.

Anybody take Friday off? Come on man

You would need Thursday and Friday off to make it from the midstate and west TN. A majority of the fan base is in that area.

If the poors get to .500 this season it'll be a miracle.

Looking forward to seeing what the new offense looks like and how Milton performs at QB. Bowling Green is terrible, but I'm just happy that football is back.

Im pretty excited that for the first time in what seems like a decade were not going to have to watch a dumbass coach mindlessly start Jarett Guarantano over and over again despite him consistently making fools out of everyone involved. I also hope that Heupels offense will be what it appears to be on paper. It would be more fun to lose games against quality opponents while actually scoring points than just getting trounced. We've been hiring defensive minded coaches and no one can play defense anymore so we might as well just try to score our asses off.

A group of us bought tickets for a youth group to go to the game. We each chipped in 100.00 to buy 17 tickets for the kids and chaperones.
They will likely leave at halftime because of of school but they will get the experience of a night game in Neyland.

Bowling Green is an Urban Meyer built power who is a bulwark of college football. If we defeat this mighty foe I will reach for some of my expansive wealth and lay it down on my beloved alma mater to win the SEC.

The OP is mistaken. I'm pretty sure Tennessee gave up football years ago.

I predict around 65k at the game. No way it’s a packed house against BGSU on a Thursday night.

Is a Texas fan really saying this? Hey pot, meet kettle.
