Talking shite? Are you drunk????

Someone made a claim about our defense and I asked if they wanted to wager on it. It was literally a 5 word response.

Jesus, you guys sure do act like women on their periods when LSU isn’t riding high.

Wager on it, or don’t. But if no, maybe stop talking so much shite about it with so much confidence? I don’t need to say a thing, I’m willing to back up my prediction with my wallet, unlike you.

None of your statements really seem to hold water.

So LSU hasn't done ridiculous upgrades to the extent of pimping out the athlete facilities cause they were already bringing in top 5 classes? Football powers know it's an arms race you better stay in front of and FSU was cheap to the bone.

Jimbo pushed for massive infrastructure improvements for locker rooms and strength and conditioning facilities. He demanded an indoor practice facility that many of the folks writing the checks at Florida State thought wasn't worth the investment. In short, Fisher's tried to inject new life into a moribund program and brought Florida State back to relevancy on the national stage.

Exactly what coach Saban immediately did when he coached LSU and Les Miles and Eddie continued on their watch.

It’s does make you wonder what the hell they are all so mad about?

They keep telling us things will get right back on track this year, yet the majority of them have been acting like crazed lunatics like this poor fella. I don’t even know what he was attempting to convey with his last post.

The renovations at LSU started before Saban was hired. The first big expansion to Tiger Stadium broke ground before the 1999 season (adding another upper deck), and we already had an indoor facility that was top notch compared to others at the time. What Saban got done was new football offices built and a greater yearly financial commitment to his staff, recruiting budget, etc. The majority of facility improvements, however, occurred before he got there and under Miles.

I don't disagree with the point of your post, but just clarifying what went on at LSU

You have zero reading comprehension. My point was that Elko is a stronger defensive coach than Jimbo is an offensive coach. Your long term potential if with Elko as head coach and a modern offensive coordinator. Jimbo , a 4 yr starter at QB, senior laden Oline and experienced receivers managed 13 offensive points against the worst LSU defense in 30 years. Jimbo is Les 2.0. He won’t manage well without a talented and experienced O line to lean upon. His downfall at FSU revolves around this exact situation.

it's pretty easy to see that Elko is a HUGE upgrade from what we've had in the past
You don't think that has more to do with recruiting and Covid than Elko's actual ability?

Thanks to sip and OU we have money to burn. We are getting a 20 million dollar per year raise in SEC revenues due to the whiney babies admittance to the SEC. So why not use their money to hire and keep the best coaches and to increase the best facilities in the country.

Texas is always broke. The take in a lot and spend more.
Actually if you did a little research you would find that their athletic department numbers are bullshite just like their entire school. They add concert money from the Frank Erwin Center to their athletic department revenues. Of course they don't get to keep the money so it shows also as an expense. That is one of he reasons they basically never show a profit with their inflated $200 million revenue stream. Sucks to be a dildo waiving sip!
