Interesting notes:

The tulsa transfers aren't listed as starter except for Evans list as an OR.

JJ Hester isn't listed on the depth chart (not even 3rd team) even though he was mentioned a bunch during camp.

Mookie Cooper listed as 3rd team (likely due to injury, probably day to day)

Burdine a OR over a expected high NFL draft pick?

Yeah, either he took a giant leap forward, or the tulsa transfer doesn't look as good against SEC athletes. Not sure if this is a good thing.

Or Drink is playing a little bait and switch. We shall see.

Pretty sure ennis said practices have been a battle with the Tulsa guys and ish.

Apparently the DL is expected to be a force this year. If that’s true, along with the depth in the secondary…

How the hell is Burdine battling a big bodied, NFL caliber DB? Good for him.

I think Drink puts these out because he has to, but I suspect they don't mean much. He'll start swapping folks out starting with the first play.

Macon as an OR for backup. Must be doing pretty good. Or Cook isn’t that good.

Nadir and Young getting the carries this weekend.

As for Cooper, I remember reading it was likely he’d miss the first week due to injury and potentially week 2.

Ish is good.

There is a lot of talk of rotating the corners often.

Depth is a good thing

This is probably the correct answer

Only 2 RBs on the depth chart is concerning.

Drink is not showing his hand early if he does not have to.
