Current Vegas O/U is 3.5

I'm optimistic. 6-6 with a shot at 7-5 in the 4th qtr if we get the breaks. Position groups carry their weight with coaches exceeding our expectations. I know it's a lot to ask for but why not.

I think we beat the O/U (at least I hope we do), but I'm not willing to make many guesses past that. We'll know how our season is going to go week 2 vs ECU on the road (thanks again Tanner for scheduling that one....

I’m the biggest Tanner hater here
Was actually verbally abused on CT for questioning him being hired in the first place
But I kinda like an away game at ECU. That’s an awesome atmosphere and ECU fans are the rowdiest CFB fans in NC.
I’d much rather that than a shitty neutral site game in BOA against them.
Now for winning purposes, yea it sucks, but whatever it’s a 3-4 win season

Jesus. We're not all that good but we better be able to beat EIU, ECU, Troy, and Vandy at least.

I kind of like it as a one-off.
And didn't we schedule this ECU series a long, long time ago? Like 2 in Columbia, 2 in Charlotte, and 1 in Greenville, but the Greenville game got bumped from its original date because the rescheduling when A&M and Mizzou came on board I think.

In 2014 we agreed to a 5 game series with 2 scheduled trips to Greenville actually.
We got out of that one in 2019 with a buyout (because of the UNC game in Charlotte)

I like the game, but going to Greenville feels like a trap and has me nervous.

Odds for Tennessee and Auburn before season starts?

You mean what’s the spread of our game with them?
Or their O/U wins?
Or the odds of them winning the title?
Assuming you mean their O/U
Auburn: 7
Tennessee: 6

I'm predicting 3-9.
Muschamp just left too many position groups bare for us to pull off a meaningful turnaround in one year, and that talent gap will unfortunately be obvious early on.
I do think we'll keep it close in a lot of games and will sneak out a late season SEC win.

I want our team to get back into a position where we can have some 2013 prediction threads.
It’ll probably never happen

Over 2.5?

We’ve won a total of three times in Knoxville. 05, 11, and 17. We could/should have lost all three.
One of our best teams lost to a really shitty team there in 13.
Why do you think we’ll win there this year?
