Yea shoving a police officer arresting you for underage drinking and an entire administration not caring that a 120lb college girl was nearly killed by a violent thug are completely the same thing. Funny thing about this situation is it ended up being the ultimate litmus test for the "Is there ever a reason to hit a woman" argument.
This White chick did all the White chick things. Cussed him, spit on him, called him a nager, then hit him in the face, all in public in front of ppl they both knew.
I've seen a million of these threads now and the good ones really get ppl twisted up when they started digging into the particulars.
Is Mixon guilty of assault? Yes.
Is the girl guilty of assault? Yes.
Did the woman assault him first? Yes
So was it self defense? If not, why not?
Is Mixons assault more assaulty because he hits harder even though he only hit her once and he did it after being assaulted multiple times?
If one goes to jail should they both go? It's the same crime.
Should Mixons sentence be longer? Why? He wasnt the antagonist, she was.
Those things went for 100 pages and all ended up the same way:
A: "If you had a daughter you'd be okay with some animal breaking her face!"
B: "My daughter isnt a racist piece of trash and would never treat a man like that just because she thought he wouldn't hit her back!"
