Who do you have?
As much as I dislike both teams, I am going to have to pull for the Vols.

As much as I hate to say it, better for us if UF wins - would help our strength of schedule.

Tennessee soiled the SEC with their loss to the uclans. They must be punished.

I wish more people realized this.

Food for thought..
UT lost to UCLA..
UCLA lost to BYU by 59-0 last weekend!
either BYU should be number one or UT isn't very good?
I think UT misses David Cultliffe big time...Fulmer is not very good without him IMO

I think we've been punished enough, LA Tiger.

I don't care how much this helps our strength of schedule, I hate that dirtbag Urban Cryer. I wish upon him lots of misery - on the football field of coarse

That's very sad. You'll be the guy bitching after the SEC Champ Game that a 1 loss USC and OU are playing in Miami and LSU got left out with 1 loss. But you'll be happy as hell that UF got beat by Tenn and Fla State and UGA got beat by GaTech and Clemson rolled on S. Car........

I don't know what to think about this game. I know it's not gonna be like last year where we just fricking gave up. I believe UF has the better team though. They *should* win. I still believe we can pull it out somehow. UT, 20-17, in an upset. This is a huge game!
GO VOLUNTEERS!!!

No, he's good at taking top 10 talent players and making them average.

if this was a fight of which team as a better fight song, i'd take tennessee. but florida will light their arse up on the field.

This game is going to be a huge test for Florida. Neyland Stadium is hard place to win.
Last year Georgia went to Neyland and got beaten 35-14 by a Tenn team that lost at Pac-10 California during the first game of the season (also lost 17-41 at Alabama and 20-59 at Florida).
The year before that, National Champion Florida barely escaped from Neyland Stadium alive... winning 21-20.

If that's true then BYU would hang 90 on Florida.

There are currently 5 SEC teams in the top 10. I realize that could/will change by years' end but the number of ranked SEC teams on our schedule plus SEC champ game will still put our SOS above that of a 1 loss USC and OU team. That said, do you really believe we are national champ caliber? I would say a resounding yes if Ryan Perriloux was QB

And if UT beats UF there will be only 4. And if anybody except LSU beats Ala, UGA, and Auburn there will only be 1.

Not necessarily. Here's the deal, USC and OU would likely remain ahead of us, depending on when they lose and when we lose, etc. But if they are 1 and 2 (the human polls aren't as likely to leap us ahead of them) then it will take a significant disparity in the computer polls to cause us to jump one of them. Do you realize how close it was in 2003? We needed Hawaii to beat someone to get the final push. So every game counts.

You're right. We are 2-0 with a huge game coming up this weekend. We have a top 5 O-line, a top 5 D-line, and talent galore. I say we just hang it up now.
