When you play in a superior conference that is very good virtually top to bottom, then there is a lot to be proud of. We take pride when our SEC brethren win championships, bowl games or any championship in other sports, then we are proud...they're repping the SEC, the conference we all take pride in.

It can definitely be a conflict of interest. Sometimes, what's good for a rival is good for the conference. And what's good for the conference is good for your team. Think about the benefit of the doubt the SEC gets.

Maybe if you'd learned that in the Big 12 you wouldn't have led it down the road to being a steaming pile of shite.
