Hell…Texas fans are already saying;
“We can stand our own two feet
You can keep having a SEC logo bigger than your own
But our logo will be bigger than the SECs”
They think their lone university is bigger than the entire SEC. Didn’t that attitude just kill the Big 12?

^ this is what killed the Big 12 - Nobody cared to watch the other 8 teams
Same was true with the SWC. It was a regional conference with a limited amount of eyeballs.. it works until it doesn’t anymore

The fact y’all thought that conference was ever going to work after 2012 just proves your really arrogant or stupid. Not sure which. Of course you did get your big big pay day from ESPN and now they are trying to find ways to get rid of your network. I will give you credit , teaming up with ESPN has lead you here…now they are forcing you into the SEC because your network is a complete flop.

LHN was an investment into Texas to put them into the SEC
ESPN has invested a lot of money into the program
There are rumors that they helped Chris Beard get all those players for the basketball program.
They are wanting to put pressure on UNC now.
UNC is about to join us pretty soon
