Stoops is legit . . . OU was way worse than SMU in the 80s. Sooners were much more deserving of the death penalty.

That doesn't = a Powerhoue in the 80's or the 00's. You lost more NC games in the first decade of the 2000's than you won.


Hell, if you go by those who don't consider 2000 the first year of that decade, you didn't even win a NC in the 00's.

No. 3 Georgia 54,

Playoff Semifinal at the Orange Bowl

No. 4 Oklahoma 34

Playoff Semifinal at the Peach Bowl
No. 1 LSU 63,
No. 4 Oklahoma 28
